Paddles: Single bladed paddles are built of ash, maple or cherry in the beavertail design, finished with linseed oil and varnish. Lengths range from 4 1/2 to 6 feet.
Double-bladed Paddles: These are make of spruce to keep the weight down. They are feathered and spooned along the length of the blade, a copper tip protects the ends. Lengths range from 7 to 9 1/2 feet.
Oars: These are made of ash, maple or spruce and vary in style and length according to the type of boat they will be used with.
Seats: Folding seats are available for the solo canoes. The seats can be solid wood slats or hand-caned for added comfort.
Sailing Gear: Many open canoes or boats can be adapted for sailing. Sails, spars, leeboards, a rudder and all other necessary hardware can be supplied to suit your needs.
